Ludwitt Does Not Sell Your Data

Ludwitt does not sell personal information to third parties for monetary consideration. We do not sell student data, learning progress, or any personally identifiable information. Our business model is based on subscriptions and credits, not on selling user data.

Data Sharing

We share personal information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers: We use third-party services (Firebase, Stripe, Anthropic) to operate our platform. These providers process data only on our behalf.
• Educational institutions: If you access Ludwitt through your school or university, your institution may have access to your learning progress as required for academic purposes.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose data when required by law or to protect our rights.

Managing Your Preferences

You can manage your data sharing preferences in your account settings:

• Analytics: Control whether anonymous usage data is collected for platform improvement.
• Profile visibility: Choose whether your profile is public or private.
• Leaderboard: Opt out of appearing on public leaderboards.
