Last updated: March 25, 2026
1. Overview
Ludwitt offers a structured 6–8 week pilot framework designed for universities and colleges seeking to evaluate adaptive learning technology before institutional adoption. Our pilot program requires no credit card, no long-term commitment, and no procurement approval to begin.
The pilot framework is aligned with the Digital Promise EdTech Pilot Framework, ensuring that evaluation follows evidence-based practices for educational technology assessment. Each pilot includes clearly defined success criteria, measurable outcomes, and a structured timeline to support data-driven adoption decisions.

Qualitative Metrics
- Faculty satisfaction surveys — Structured surveys covering pedagogical value, ease of use, and integration quality
- Student experience surveys — Feedback on learning experience, engagement, and platform usability
- Ease of use ratings — System Usability Scale (SUS) scores from both faculty and students
- Integration smoothness — IT team feedback on SSO/LMS integration experience and ongoing maintenance burden
